I am an experienced program and project manager with a strong foundation in mission-critical data infrastructure, construction technology, facility retrofits, new construction, environmental systems, and business intelligence.I currently serve as a Program Manager at Google, driving mission-critical data center initiatives through the MARCUS (Moves, Adds, Retrofits, Changes & Utility Systems) Program portfolio. I manage projects from network installations to multimillion-dollar retrofits, ensuring operational continuity and efficiency across Google’s infrastructure. I align execution with business priorities, mitigate risks, optimize processes, and deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while championing sustainability and long-term growth.Previously, I led technology and construction projects at Love’s Travel Stops, including facility remodels, technology retrofits, analytics, compliance, and low-voltage network infrastructure in environments where uptime and clarity were essential. One of my most impactful contributions was creating an internal Telecom Prototypical Plan portfolio — over 350 pages of scalable blueprints that improved budget accuracy, retrofit and new construction uniformity, implementation speed, and long-term maintainability.My strength lies in connecting with people and solving problems. I am known for bringing structure to ambiguity and building strong relationships with stakeholders at every level. Whether collaborating with engineers, field crews, analysts, or executives, I focus on listening, translating complex needs, and aligning technical goals with real-world deliverables.I began my career in environmental planning and municipal infrastructure services before transitioning into IT project and program management. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Resource Management from the University of Oklahoma and am pursuing a second degree in Computer Science with a concentration in Data Analytics. I also hold certifications in project management (PMP, CSM), agile practices, environmental compliance, and construction safety.Outside of work, I mentor military spouses and working mothers, support clean water efforts and food banks, and advocate for mental health resources for veterans.I have been honored as a NextGen Under 30 Oklahoma recipient in 2021 and 2023, and recognized by Hundred Magazine as one of Oklahoma’s 100 Most Wildly Capable Women.
