About Sarah Holden

For the past 8+ years I have been part of a strategic Corp Eng SRE leadership team responsible for making Google better. I have produced similar program management, IT infrastructure, and systems engineering results for Facebook, Yahoo, and Robert Half International.I specialize in rebuilding and transforming dysfunctional teams into high functioning engineering groups responsible for delivering global corporate infrastructure design and build and site reliability engineering, implementation, optimization, and security improvement initiatives. I thrive in an environment where I can provide my strategic IT leadership skills to set and drive long-term vision; drive a consistent management and user experience across diverse platforms running Linux, Mac, and Windows; and build resilience into the corporate datacenter and infrastructure strategy worldwide. I am most proud of my ability to create and maintain a healthy work environment that promotes pride in work and incorporates stability, respect, and team building to ensure all team members grow and succeed. On a more personal level, I am a Certified Skipper (Bareboat Sailing) and a PADI Certified Open Water Scuba Instructor.
