Sarah Carberry is a 20+ Google Sales & Business Development leader in the Global Business Organization. She is currently Director of North America Apps within Google Play Partnerships, empowering app developers to engage and delight people everywhere and to build successful businesses on Play and across Android surfaces. With over two decades of industry experience, Sarah began her career in digital advertising at Grey Direct and then advanced to media sales executive positions at Turner and Univision. In her tenure at Google, Sarah has led teams across the US and Latin America establishing trusted partnerships with Fortune 500 Companies & Agencies, advancing partner business objectives, negotiating commercial deals, and accelerating growth. Sarah graduated from The Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Arts from the Donald P. Bellasario College of Communications and a Minor in Spanish at The University of Salamanca, Spain. Sarah has served broader industry associations with her roles as Chairwoman of Google’s 21st Century Marketing Advisory Council, Board Member of the Hispanic Marketing Council, and member of the Hispanic Star Alliance. She is committed to the advancement of underrepresented talent, especially through mentorship of Google Rising Stars, Women@Google programs, and previous non-profit work serving on the Step Up Women’s Network Board of Directors.
