As the Co-Founder and COO of Perform I lead and manage our team in working with growth focussed businesses to better understand the behaviour of their people, through our signature behavioural profiling tool.When our clients understand more about the human behaviour of the people they work with, both internally with their teams, and externally with clients, the solution to any business challenge becomes so much clearer. Using our signature behavioural mapping tool, we provide businesses with deep behavioural understanding of their team and customers, that goes on to solve some of their biggest challenges. This has resulted in accelerated growth of over £100M for our clients. In addition to this role, I am also COO and Co-Founder at The Elevator by Duo, a solution for ambitious growth-focused female leaders, within which we run a signature women in leadership programme, community and retreats.
