   Park Avenue Synagogue (PAS) is one of the largest Conservative congregations in North America. Located on Manhattan’s Upper East Side which serves a membership of nearly households. Our thriving Adult Programming, Penn Family Early Childhood Center, Congregational School, Youth, and Young Family Education departments provide high quality and inclusive Jewish educational, social, and worship opportunities to our members and the community at large.As the Director of Membership I am responsible for the overall member experience, from the initial inquiry to full engagement, including outreach, member acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and retention for resident, and non-resident members, members who participate primarily in person, and members who participate primarily through their online options, including on-demand and streaming platform, PAS CONNECT.Oversee data collection of member information and Salesforce and Shul Cloud management, including processing new member applications as well as resigning members, ensuring up-to-date and accurate data, reporting, and analytics and billing accuracy. Lead High Holiday planning and execution with regard to the member experience: managing seating, guest ticket requests, ticket dissemination, billing and other related aspects of the High Holidays. I also act as site lead at the E 87 St High Holidays service location.Coordinate dues assistance process in collaboration with the Executive Director and Finance Department.Serve as staff professional to the Membership, Interfaith and Inclusion Committee including partnering with committee chairs to execute on your and the committee’s objectives.Plan and execute membership events, including, but not limited to, Membership Celebration Shabbats, New Member Receptions, Hamptons Shabbat, which entails collaborating with other departments to ensure success.Work collaboratively with the Communications Department regarding member communications.
