After graduation from college, I began my career as a customer care specialist in the Diabetes Care Unit of Roche Diagnostics. In 2005, I left Roche to work for Hamilton County Tourism. During my time there, I worked as a receptionist and then moved to the marketing department where I did a little of everything (social media, public relations, web and brochure copy creation, database management).
