1. Human Resources Training Specialist

   As a Training Specialist, and a part of the Talent and Development Team, I partner with directors and managers from across the company to develop relevant and impactful training and team building programing, while meeting the identified program outcomes. I also partner with representatives from specific sites and regions across our Americas locations to develop site-specific training programs, and working with our Human Resource Department, I develop yearly, company-wide compliance training for both salaried and hourly employees. I also work to expand training opportunities for our employees by partnering with third party vendors to coordinate and promote external training opportunities.I lead the team for the development and implementation of a new, company-wide Supervisor Training Program. This program was developed with operations and human resource stakeholders and with the goal to prepare current and new supervisors with practical knowledge and strategies needed to lead a successful team, while meeting site-specific production goals. This initial program will be the bases for future operation-specific programming.As a member of a smaller team, we design and roll out promotional and informational communications on the importance of training and career development through our company\'s internal communication platform, BeeKeeper.
