I am responsible for creating, leading and embedding a high performing, inclusive culture across QA, Cloud Academy and Circus Street which will attract, retain and cultivate the very best global talent, allowing us to deliver significant business success. My first task is to be a strategic stabiliser, as we bring our three businesses together into one operating group. This will be achieved by introducing clear, consistent ways of working allowing the businesses to run as a single entity. The second is to be an operational change agent, bringing new ideas, processes and transformation that will develop and foster a culture of accountability and ownership. The role of the CPO is to allow our people to thrive, and generate commercial growth. As CPO, my remit includes People Operations, People Services, Compliance, Talent (Attraction and Retention), Training, D&I, Payroll, Rewards, Wellness, Benefits, Business Operations, Communications, Experience and Environment.
