Over my 6+ years in IT project management at Motiva, I have managed a variety of projects (30) totaling $14.5+ million in budget.Some of my key successes in recent years include:• Selected by IT leadership as the Organizational Change Management Lead for Motiva IT PMO. In my role, I provide guidance and support to other PMs for change efforts, including templates, training, and co-leading change efforts for org-wide/large changes.• Led implementation/relaunch of new Motiva.com, featuring a secure, modern architecture that enhances user experience, reduces operational burdens, and aligns with Motiva\'s digital transformation strategy. • Delivered SAP technical migration project successfully and on time with existing people resources despite significant challenges. Project was huge effort on a critical financial system with 40+ interfaces, requiring coordination with hundreds of stakeholders/testers across IT, Finance, Procurement, and HR.• Delivered Skype to Teams transition project enterprise-wide. In addition to my role as PM, I led the change management and communication efforts in the Skype to Teams project, with very little noise from the Motiva employees in spite of an unpopular change.Prior to my time in IT, I worked as an HR Business Partner & Talent Advisor, leading several company-wide projects, including:• Led timely implementation of Workday HRIS talent and performance module project requiring significant project, stakeholder, and change management for the enterprise over a short period of time.• Implemented new annual performance review program - major stakeholder/change management.
