ABOUT SARAH BISHOP
I’ve worked with young people in schools for over 25 years and been a senior leader across 5 settings including state schools, an academy, a faith school and currently a PRU. I ventured off the beaten track to gather more tools and approaches over 18 years ago with my first formal training and qualification in change-work that coached the unconscious as well as the conscious cognitive mind and factored in somatic nervous system healing. I’ve been weaving this together with more traditional leadership and educational based training ever since. All of my professional work has centred around meeting the invisible need of young people. Neurodivergence, anxiety, school based avoidance, trauma and ACEs and how we get more creative and relational in our approach. I also offer confidential 1:1 sessions offering change work, reflective supervision and coaching. In addition to leadership frameworks such as NPQH I am a qualified and registered hypnotherapist and a Master Practitioner of NLP. I am trained in IEM therapy, somatic nervous system work and trauma informed supervision and coaching.
