Stepping in to support this newly-acquired family-owned organization, I took on an interim role leading operations and strategic projects – laying the groundwork for an operations overhaul focused on systems modernization and process improvement – on pace to achieve ambitious 2-year growth goals. In addition, I oversaw the development of all marketing content, helmed our website revamp and ERP vendor selection, an organization-first.Prior to stepping back to serve as a Board Member and advise on strategic projects, I initiated a plan that included training to hand over operational reins. Heritage Fabrics partners with designers around the world to curate textiles and designs that offer top-quality fabrics at accessible prices.
