ABOUT SARAH-BETH BIANCHI
Most workplaces weren\'t built with neurodivergent people in mind. I\'m on a mission to change that from the inside out.I work on two levels: with professionals with ADHD navigating work and life, and with the organizations that employ them. Sustainable change has to happen in both places. Coaching someone to cope within a broken system only goes so far. And training a team without supporting the actual humans in it? That doesn\'t stick either.I\'m an ACC-credentialed coach (ICF), a neuroinclusion consultant, and I\'m neurodivergent myself. That last part matters. I don\'t come to this work from a textbook, I come to it from lived experience, professional training, and nearly two decades working inside the kinds of organizations I now help transform. I’m a lifelong learner, and I\'m currently completing my ADHD coaching certification through MentorCoach, accredited by the Professional Association of ADHD Coaches (PAAC).My background spans tech and government with roles in community management, product, IT leadership, digital transformation, and organizational process development. I know what it looks like when systems fail people, and I know what it takes to actually change them. For professionals with ADHD: I help you build strategies that actually fit your brain, not someone else\'s productivity system. Whether you\'re navigating a career transition, managing up, or just trying to figure out why everything feels harder than it should, we work on the real stuff. For HR and people leaders: I help you move beyond awareness into action. Practical training, consulting, and coaching that builds genuine neuroinclusion. I bring both the systems lens and the human one, because you need both.If your organization is ready to do this work seriously, or if you\'re a neurodivergent professional who\'s tired of strategies that don\'t fit, let\'s talk.Visit sbbcoaching.ca or email me at s••••••••@sbbcoaching.ca to start the conversation.
