I’m a legal operations and paralegal professional with experience supporting in-house legal teams through contract lifecycle management (CLM), compliance reporting, attorney support, and procedural filings. I help attorneys and business partners turn complex legal and operational processes into reliable, efficient workflows that reduce risk and accelerate outcomes.At CareDx, I support attorneys by triaging legal requests, managing contract workflows, cleaning up redlines, performing document comparisons with Litera, and drafting amendments and procedural filings. I also own and administer our LinkSquares CLM platform, coordinate DocuSign execution, and support SOX, SEC, and audit initiatives by generating compliance reports and aligning legal processes with internal controls.Previously, I implemented my organization’s first CLM and trained our team to use Lumin Extract to improve contract data accuracy and visibility. In my paralegal work, I drafted and prepared estate planning and procedural documents — including Last Wills, Health Care Proxies, affidavits, stipulations, and service by publication filings — and collaborated closely with attorneys, intake specialists, and legal assistants to manage cases from intake to court compliance.I’m passionate about legal technology, operational efficiency, and supporting teams that deliver trusted legal outcomes.
