After nearly two decades in the recruitment industry, I’m thrilled to introduce my new venture, Roselands Resourcing, where the motto is unpretentious: Resourcing. Made Simple. My passion for recruitment began 18 years ago and has only grown stronger over time. I was fortunate to build a career with the Adecco Group, where I started as a temps consultant. Along the way I won trips and competitions for my hard work, which led me to managerial roles and eventually to specialist HR recruitment at Badenoch + Clark/LHH Now, I’ve decided to channel all that experience and passion into my own business. The idea of working for myself and creating a straightforward, no-fuss approach to recruitment really excites me. At Roselands Resourcing, I aim to simplify the recruitment process while delivering excellent results for clients and candidates alike.While my main focus remains on HR roles, I’m always up for a challenge!
