I am a Recruiting and Human Resources professional with 10+ years of combined experience. I have my BS in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from MTSU as well as my Masters in Business Administration from UTC. I have also obtained and maintained my Professional in Human Resources Certification (PHR)(renewed as of 2021).I began my career exploring various aspects of HR before solely focusing on a path of HR Generalist/HR Business Partner. In 2020, I decided to pivot my career into Recruiting. Since then, I have recruited for both technical and non-technical corporate roles in the Fintech and Tech industries. I hope to continue my progression and learning in the Recruiting world for many years to come!
