Sarah Alt is the founder and CEO of the Ethical AI Consortium (EAIC), a non-profit 501(c)3 organization dedicated to understanding and explaining ethical and responsible design, development, acquisition and use of advanced algorithms, analytics, automation, and artificial intelligence. Beginning in 2021, the EAIC is offering its Ethical AI Professional foundations certification badge for upskilling and reskilling talent working alongside artificial intelligence. With over 20 years of bringing technology to industry, Sarah continues her mission for a more explainable future. She holds an MBA in global management and is a certified inclusive leadership professional. Sarah has contributed to ethical guidelines and standards currently in development with the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), European Commission’s AI Alliance, and the United Nations Education, Scientific, and Cultural Organization (UNESCO).
