Prepare, produce, and host Global Live Webinars and On-Demand events in ON24 and WebEx across different time-zones for B2B clients and prospects to increase brand awareness, knowledge, and revenue • Work with global teams on scheduling, tools training and best practices for delivering regional activity, creating consistency and confidence across teams for live events • Produce and host various internal meetings for C-suite, sales teams, and other marketing departments in GoToWebinar/Meeting, WebEx, and Teams • Coordinate with Business Development Team/Campaign Owners, customer speakers and stakeholders to produce detailed content and agenda for each event • Collaborate with key stakeholders regarding data segmentation and targeting that will increase event registration and attendance • Host dry runs with stakeholders and coordinate requisite activities, confirming proper preparation for the live event • Host and produce seamless live events, while ensuring a white glove experience for speakers and stakeholders • Create opportunities for audience interaction (polls, break-out rooms, related content, downloads, surveys and more), data collection and retention, which allows stakeholders to receive robust attendee profile information post-event • Proof and approve technical copy, eliminating errors before being received by customers • Produce all post event assets including website updates, automation work, registrant data and Q&A, On-Demand webinar/webcast, and disseminate finished assets. This allows webinars to live indefinitely, achieving desired revenue results • Follow-up post event for sales and marketing outreach
