A multifaceted Biomedical Engineer, leading strategic academic, administrative, and international relations portfolios with precision and purpose - complemented by ongoing research in cutting-edge biomedical sensor innovation.Serving as a Biomedical Engineer, I bring eight years of multidimensional expertise spanning academic leadership, global training, institutional strategy, and international university collaborations. I began my career as a freelance trainer in Dubai, where for over five years I prepared students for competitive and preparatory examinations, delivering instruction with clarity, precision, and consistently strong outcomes.Within academia, I currently handle several high-impact portfolios as a Professor of Biomedical Engineering. I oversee campus-wide ERP operations, lead the Higher Education Cell, head the Women Empowerment Cell (Femme Fusion), and chair the Internal Committee, contributing to a progressive, inclusive, and compliant academic environment for a campus of over students. In addition, I manage Univariety integrations and direct LEO card operations for the Rathinam Group of Institutions.Alongside my academic responsibilities, I lead International Relations initiatives, establishing strategic partnerships with universities across the UK, Southeast Asia, and other global regions. These efforts have strengthened cross-border collaborations, enhanced student mobility, and elevated institutional visibility on an international scale.My leadership also extends to residential administration. As the Chief Residential Warden, I oversee the safety, well-being, and overall campus life of more than girl students, fostering a secure, structured, and empowering residential ecosystem.Currently, I am advancing research in biomedical sensors, continuing a passion project that originated during my master’s program.
