About Sarah Aivaz

I am a senior process leader with experience in project management, business operations, and technology delivery. My career has been focused on helping organizations deliver innovative solutions while driving business optimization on time and on budget. Process and technology are my latest passions and they both continue to surface in all aspects of my life. I’m constantly looking for improvements, both personally and professionally. Working in an Agile approach, I have led both large-scale, multi-team implementations, as well as continuous improvement releases on existing applications. Going from a large Prospect to Cash initiative to establishing a practice of Solutions Advisors, I was able to share with my direct reports different best practices and methodologies through hands-on shadowing. Throughout this work, I have been working closely with our Executive Leadership for strategic direction, key design decisions, and program management.
