I focus on improving how healthcare systems actually work for the people navigating them.In my current role at Reema Health, I support Medicaid and Medicare members facing complex medical, behavioral health, and social barriers to care. Through managed care partnerships, I help individuals access services, improve follow-through, and reduce avoidable utilization.My work sits at the intersection of care delivery, population health, and value-based outcomes, where engagement, trust, and operational execution directly impact results.Beyond individual member support, I focus heavily on systems thinking: identifying patterns across member needs, surfacing service gaps, and translating frontline insights into improvements in outreach strategy, workflows, and documentation practices that strengthen outcomes and scalability.This work has given me firsthand exposure to: complex member populations payer-driven care models real-world barriers to access operational drivers of outcomes and cost containment
