I am Sarah Comtois, R.T.(R),MR,MBA, a customer-centric solution service innovator and marketer with 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry. My recent performance highlights include being a transformational Clinical Services leadership team member, delivering 30% YoY growth from 2020 to 2022 and being a 2-time Pinnacle Award winner in 2019 and 2020.In my current role as Solution Strategy Architect & Program Manager at Philips Healthcare, I am responsible for in-market education solution services development and am leading a team dedicated to the transformation of enhanced outcomes capabilities on all revenue solutions. My expertise in data and insights has enabled me to drive solution creation, adoption and strengthen product value proposition. I also led a cutting edge deployment of a large scale On Demand Clinical Support service solution for the North American market.Previously, I held the role of Customer Relationship Manager at Philips Healthcare where I partnered with sales channels, service, marketing, and customers to meet ongoing educational requirements throughout the product lifecycle.My educational history includes a Master of Business Administration from Champlain College, a concentration certificate in Positive Organizational Development and a Bachelor of Science in Health Administration from Champlain College.
