I’m a Marketing & Sales Enablement Lead with a passion for helping teams grow through strategy, storytelling, and smart systems.With a Master’s degree in Marketing and a Bachelor’s degree in Business, I bring both academic grounding and real-world experience to my work at Insurance Management Group (IMG), where I help lead the marketing department and directly support our sales team. My role sits at the intersection of marketing strategy and sales execution — building campaigns, tools, and processes that help producers strengthen relationships, generate opportunities, and serve clients more effectively.I enjoy translating big ideas into practical action: developing vertical marketing strategies, improving CRM and data structure, launching campaigns across digital channels, and equipping sales teams with the resources they need to succeed.At the core of my work is a simple belief: strong relationships, clear communication, and intentional strategy create meaningful impact — for teams, clients, and the communities we serve.
