ABOUT SARAH WITTOR

My name is Sarah Wittor and I graduated on my bachelor degree in fashion design at AMD Academy for fashion & design in Hamburg, Germany. ​ Creativity was always a big part of my life and very fulfilling. Whenever I felt to deal with my emotions I dedicated my time to art, since its the most wonderful way to express your feelings. I decided to make my passion into my job and I want people to identify with my designs as much as I do, because its a part of myself. I want to make every piece unique and mostly sustainable. All of my clothes are made out of dead stock material and are chosen precisely. ​ I\'ve worked as a show assistant for \"VETEMENTS\" in 2019 and helped develop their S/S 20 show and showroom for Paris Fashion Week. Beginning of 2021 I started my internship at \"NEW YORKER\" as a designer and helped preparing their S/S 22 collection for their fashion brand \"censored\", which is based on women\'s underwear/ sleepwear and swimwear after I won a competition that took place in a collaboration between my college and the fashion brand itself. I\'ve also worked on different amazing projects with small labels and helped convert their ideas into something real. Since 2023 I work for the company SNOCKS. I\'ve helped developing men underwear styles, in which I helped the company improve their styles. After a year I\'ve changed my focus onto the bestselling category socks and accessoires. Creating basic everyday pieces are more than just boring. Making my visions come true with fulfilling the costumers everyday needs is exciting and sometimes tricky. ​ Ever since I can think of fashion has been a way to identify and fulfill myself. I want everyone to feel the same with my designs, because who is more powerful and beautiful as your own self.
