ABOUT SARAH WILSON

I currently work for Emergent Holdings, a Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan Company. I am a Senior Strategy Analyst supporting the Emerging Markets Strategy team, responsible for driving the development of the long-term strategy of Emergent Holdings, in close partnership with Medicaid, Medicare and Property & Casualty business entities. I am responsible for supporting growth strategy development and internal consulting engagements through strategic analysis, market research, business case development. I also support functions related to annual and long-term strategy and planning including project management, research, development, assessment, and communication of key business strategies. Emergent Holdings prides itself on focusing on innovation, leading and shaping markets and improving health and safety for customers and communities. Being part of an organization that champions change, new ideas and values its employees is very important to me. I am able to utilize my skills for the company but also have the flexibility to work from home and take a paid day off for volunteering in my community. Outside of work, I am an alumna of Eastern Michigan University. Go Eagles! I am also an avid animal welfare advocate. I love volunteering my time and energy to help local dog rescues like the Humane Society of Huron Valley and Great Lakes Bully Brigade.
