I have been the lead on Apprenticeship delivery for a range of programmes which include Early Years,Health and Social Care and Management.I am an experienced childcare practitioner who for a number of years have been supporting those to gain Early Years qualifications in the sector. I am also an experienced IQA who leads on Quality Assurrance for a range of programmes including Quality contact Lead for Awarding Body requirements. My role as DSL supports the overall lead for Safeguarding.My previous roles include Nursery Management which has provided me with the key skills in Early Years.
