ABOUT SARAH WILLCOX

Currently working as a Pre-Contract Quantity Surveyor at United Utilities, I bring commercial expertise and sustainability insight to infrastructure procurement. My role involves developing NEC contracts, supporting early contractor involvement, and helping shape procurement strategies that are commercially robust and future-focused.Previously, I was a Sustainability Manager at THG, leading Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) and packaging compliance across multiple markets. I used cost forecasting and data analysis to improve compliance and drive operational efficiency.Earlier in my career, I worked as a Technical Carbon Trader Project Manager at THG Eco, managing carbon offsetting projects and commercial negotiations within the voluntary carbon market.With a BSc in Quantity Surveying from Liverpool John Moores University, I’m focused on embedding sustainability into commercial decision-making.
