ABOUT SARAH WILKS
Sarah Wilks is the Knowledge Counsel for Mayer Brown\'s Competition and Antitrust teams in Europe - Brussels, Dusseldorf, London and Paris. She works across all offices.Prior to this, Sarah was the Head of Legal Know How at the UK Competition and Markets Authority. She established and built the know-how function from 2 to 7 people, servicing the department of over staff across 4 offices, with accessible and comprehensive know-how about all the CMA\'s tools.Before this, Sarah was an associate in BLP’s Competition, EU & Trade department in London. During this time, Sarah gained the (joint) highest mark of all students in a post-graduate diploma in EU Competition Law from King’s College London. At BLP, Sarah worked in both London and Brussels, advising on a wide range of EU and UK competition law matters including mergers, cartels and state aid. Sarah graduated from King’s College London and the Sorbonne, Paris with a LLB, maîtrise en droit. She trained at SJ Berwin, in London and Brussels, staying there for a year post qualification.
