I am an environmental compliance and water resources professional with 15+ years of experience in water quality, stormwater management, and regulatory compliance across municipal government and the power generation sector. My expertise includes NPDES permitting, SPCC and program management, wetland delineation, Coal Combustion Residuals (CCR) compliance, environmental auditing, and regulatory reporting.I have extensive experience coordinating projects through planning and zoning processes, securing permits, and working directly with state regulators to navigate complex compliance challenges. Throughout my career, I have worked closely with engineers and designers to develop practical, workable solutions to complex water quality issues, and I routinely review engineered plans, Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans and operation and maintenance plans to ensure regulatory alignment and technical accuracy. As a project manager, I coordinate contractors, manage timelines, and drive projects to successful, compliant completion.I care deeply about protecting water resources, especially the rivers and streams of the Ozarks. I\'m passionate about education and outreach, building strong teams, and working collaboratively with regulators, engineers, plant personnel, and community partners to create meaningful and lasting environmental impact.I was honored to receive the 2016 Choose Environmental Excellence Award from the Tree City USA Citizen Advisory Committee for progressive tree preservation practices on construction sites, and the 2019 Public Image Award from the City of Springfield for collaborative work with the Missouri Department of Natural Resources.
