ABOUT SARAH WESTON
Having previously enjoyed a sustained career in retail spanning over 15 years in various different organisations. In 2018 I chose to return to education and study a Business and HR Management degree with Teesside University.I have a wide range of experience in many fast paced environments and thrive on variety within the workplace. I understand the importance of listening to colleagues and understanding their needs. I am experienced in developing and training others and I get a real sense of achievement through seeing others reach their potential. Though my position is no longer a learning and development role, I have continued to get involved in activities such as training new colleagues. I believe culture is extremely important in an organisation and I have spent time fostering culture in previous roles to ensure employees feel appreciated and involved. I feel the impact HR have on culture and my passion combined could drive real change within the workplace.
