I started my career in insurance in a similar way to other new graduates; it was the industry that was willing to hire me. I started my career in sales and then quickly moved into handling claims and dealing with the clients with the promise to pay. I have been very fortunate to be working for a fantastic organization that has supported my career path by allowing me to try new things.I am currently responsible for leading a group of Financial Advisors to help them grow and get the most out of their businesses. I lead, recruit and develop the Metro West Agency force. We are a district of 26 exceptional Financial Advisors. My role requires that I attract the best industry talent, that I stay up on industry trends and help to develop and implement strategies to ensure our ongoing success.
