Lead the Enterprise Risk Management program, Compliance function, Business Continuity & Crisis Management and Insurance portfolio. Develop, implement, monitor, evolve and report on OPB’s enterprise-wide strategic and operational risk management program by applying leading ERM practices and governance. Provide advice and guidance to the organization on emerging or existing risks and partner with the Senior Executive Team and identified risk owners to develop mitigation plans, Facilitate the identification and assessment of risks using appropriate tools and techniques, Compile OPB’s risk registers and assess and maintain OPB’s risk maturity profile. Provide regular reporting to the Board of Directors and champion a culture of risk ownership and accountability to Management and staff.Lead the Business Continuity and Incident response planning program. Ensure program is maintained and updated to ensure its alignment to OPB operations and needs, identifies trends of perceived elevated or emerging operational risks. Lead OPB\'s compliance program and oversee the development of related controls, strategies, policies and procedures, ensure they are implemented in accordance with legislation, government directives, and policies, corporate policies and procedures, contractual obligations as well as non-pension related regulatory and government filings. In collaboration with the Manager, Compliance develop and evolve the compliance framework.Evaluate and oversee the management of OPB’s Insurance portfolio, including leading the annual insurance renewal and claims handling processes, providing assistance and guidance to internal stakeholders and liaising with external partners.
