As I am very eager and driven to reach my highest potential and to quickly climb the ladder within the company, I do above and beyond my requested duties as a resourcer.My duties include;• Generating suitable candidates by creating the best Boolean search strings for the vacancy I’m recruiting for, which I would do on various job boards. • Cold - calling each candidate to sell the job opportunity• Phone interviews & Face to Face interviews with potential candidates• Attending meetings with clients• Writing advertisements for job vacancies• Formatting CV’s• Writing candidate profiles for clients • Scheduling and co-ordinating interviews • Using a database to input the client/candidate details • Building rapport and having a strong with relationship with candidates and clients• General administrative duties• Answering candidate and client queries • Hitting my monthly targets
