I support the business in global policy in ergonomic risk management and musculoskeletal injury prevention. My role is Pfizer’s SME in ergonomics as well as being part of the leadership team for colleague wellness (occupational health). With a strong passion for employee well-being, I am committed to fostering a safe, healthy and productive work environment. As a physiotherapist and ergonomist with over 25 years experience I have gained diverse experience working in NHS and private clinics before specialising in the occupational setting. I specialise in musculoskeletal injury management, well-being and ergonomics. My role also includes reviewing ergonomic seating, computer peripherals and rehabilitation equipment. I provide evidence based evaluations with user feedback, bridging clinical principles with practical product information.
