My expertise and passion lie in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in Market Access, where I have spent the past 7 years developing a my strengths to bring together stakeholders to drive progress.With a background in Business Administration and over 14 years of experience in Pharma, I focus on Women’s Healthcare,(Immuno)Oncology, and rare diseases, with a strong interest in improving access to medicines for patients. Throughout my career, I have worked on product launches, tenders patent loss strategies, foundational brands, and initiatives aimed at enhancing access to medicines.I believe the pharmaceutical industry is on the brink of significant changes, especially with the increasing importance of joint EU-HTA, JCA and Most-Favored-Nations, and payment models of therapies like cell and gene treatments. These developments are crucial for improving patient outcomes and making healthcare delivery more efficient, but they also create a big change for Pharma.I am eager to embrace new challenges that foster both my professional and personal growth.
