I have experience working with and for local and central government, NHS, charity and private sector. My core skills are problem solving and negotiating, compassionate leadership and honesty.I am an experienced board member (NED, trustee and chair), previously public sector and charity director, also proficient as a policy expert, project manager and commissioning manager. I am an experienced leader with extensive experience in commissioning, policy development, project management supporting political leaders and chief executives, problem solving with strong stakeholder management skills. Extensive experience of leading and delivering health and wellbeing programmes.I have led organisations and programmes working for and in partnership with local and central government and their partners, working extensively with boards, facilitating, transforming and influencing programmes, policy and strategy. • An experienced Board member in the public and charity sector-providing effective leadership and understanding of good corporate governance to support robust and transparent decision-making and managing conflicts of interest• Vast experience working with a variety of colleagues and stakeholders, including NHS Board members, Local Authorities, Healthwatch, the public and the voluntary and community sector• Proud champion of Social Justice and health equality in service design and delivery
