I have extensive experience of overseeing contracts & working to project specifications, motivating & enabling staff to deliver on objectives & developing strategies & practice with people using services.I have worked in supporting organisations in legislative/policy change, enabling them in the implementation internally ways to ensure continuous compliance. I have taken lead roles within Business Plan Deliverance targets. I have chaired local Special Interest Groups & acted as a rep on Partnership Boards. I am able to chair, minute, create agendas & steer meetings. I have strong interpersonal, influencing & leadership skills which have ensured the success of many projects.
