Sarah Takasugi is a partner at O’Hagan Meyer specializing in employment and business litigation. Ms. Takasugi represents employers in all facets of employment law, including single-plaintiff discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, retaliation, wage and hour, and governmental agency charges and investigations. Ms. Takasugi also specializes in defending employers in wage and hour class and PAGA representative actions. In addition to employment-related litigation, Ms. Takasugi provides employment counseling and guidance on all aspects of the employer/employee relationship. Ms. Takasugi began her career in Los Angeles working for a large international firm where she specialized in business litigation. During this time, Ms. Takasugi worked on individual claims and class actions in both federal and state court.
