About Sarah Sullivan
Currently, I serve as the Health Policy Director for the didgʷálič wellness center, which is owned and operated by the Swinomish Indian Tribal Community. I provide legislative and regulatory tracking, policy development, advocacy, outreach, technical assistance, and research. I am also currently pursuing a Master of Jurisprudence (M.J.) at the University of Washington School of Law with a focus on health law and Indigenous rights law. In 2014, I graduated with a Master\'s in Public Health (MPH) dual concentration in Health Policy and Management as well as Environmental Health Science from the Indiana University Richard M. Fairbanks School of Public Health in Indianapolis. While in 2011, I graduated from Indiana University Bloomington with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science along with minors in legal studies and history.

As the Health Policy Director, I conduct regulatory and legislative tracking, policy development, advocacy, outreach, technical assistance, research, ensures full compliance with regulations, and other related projects.The didgʷálic wellness center is owned and operated by the Swinomish Indian Tribal Community. The central mission of the didgʷálič wellness center is to improve outcomes with holistic whole-person integrated quality health care solutions by removing barriers to opioid use disorder (OUD) treatment. Didgʷálic provides a multi-specialty community health organization to adults with OUD and behavioral health disorders counseling, medication, primary care, and social services under one roof.
