For the past 18 years, I have enjoyed combining administrative work with my role as a faculty member. After ten years as a director of debate and eight years as divisional and associate dean in areas ranging from communication to liberal arts and health sciences, I have become well versed in:> program development and assessment > strategic planning > crisis management > budget management > human resources > student and faculty recruitment and development > class scheduling > teaching and researchand more.I particularly enjoy helping people and programs understand their unique role in advancing an institution\'s mission and values so that we can work as an effective team to achieve ambitious goals.

Established a faculty-led program highlighting Pepperdine\'s Olympic Legacy. The program offers 18-22 students the opportunity to learn about marketing and media at the summer and winter Games. Students conduct research, generate content, and engage in extensive meetings with TOP Olympic sponsors, marketers, broadcasters, athletes, as well as representatives from host cities and the Olympic and Paralympic Movements.
