ABOUT SARAH STILL

With over a decade of experience in health, safety, environmental, and quality (HSEQ) management, I currently serve as the Divisional Head of HSEQ at Network Plus. My work is driven by a commitment to fostering a culture of safety and sustainability while aligning operational strategies with the organisation\'s goals. With certifications as a Certified Member of IOSH, Chartered Environmentalist (CEnv) and Full Member of ISEP, I bring a strategic approach to embedding safety and sustainability priorities across teams and projects. Passionate about continuous improvement, I aim to create inclusive, solution-driven environments that support progress for our organisation and stakeholders. At HS2, I contributed to developing comprehensive health and safety strategies, translating high-level goals into actionable plans for operational success. My work emphasised cross-programmatic learning to drive measurable improvements in health, safety, and security. Prior to this, I led safety and sustainability efforts at Colas Rail UK, overseeing compliance programs and implementing improvement plans that supported both business growth and regulatory alignment. My expertise in CDM regulations and social influence has been pivotal in shaping effective, sustainable practices within complex infrastructures.
