Provide support on the research, design and development of Human Resources initiatives in support of the HR strategy. Proactively support the development, delivery, adoption and continuous improvement of HR systems, processes and policies in line with best practice.Support other roles within the HR team as required with other projects and operational issues (e.g. Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, and Learning & Development) Actively identifies gaps, proposes and implement changes to mitigate risks. Manage complex and difficult HR Projects cross-functionally. Continue to keep up with new regulations, polices and best practices as it relates to human re-sources. Drives and delivers HR initiatives to support business needs, such as talent development, employee engagement, management development, and organizational change. Work in partnership with the management teams to identify opportunities and recommend areas of improvement to support improved organizational and people performance in line with business needs. Guide and coach managers on employee relations and HR issues in line with Company policies and best practice, including disciplinary, grievance, and performance. Assist with designing succession plans for key talents and key job positions.
