About Sarah Stefanon
I am a generalist. That can scare people/companies away, but not Clean Harbors! I became a generalist because I gained most of my experience through small businesses – ones that needed me to play a utility role and be willing to adapt to how the business needed to evolve or transform based on the industry’s climate, the status of the economy, or other internal company needs. Now I\'m using this adaptability to create and implement new HR systems. I run projects to transition current HR systems to a new platform. I\'m all about updating processes, programs, and systems at Clean Harbors.
