I’m passionate about creating programs and experiences that connect people, purpose, and opportunity. I’ve developed an energy-sector co-op program for rural students in partnership with over 28 energy companies and shared insights on youth talent development at the 2024 Women in Nuclear (WiN) conference. Earlier in my career, I worked in the university sphere, supervising staff, creating meaningful onboarding and offboarding experiences, and supporting students through crisis intervention.Now at NPX, I focus on building smooth, people-first experiences across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding and development to culture and continuous improvement.
