Oversee OPEX & CAPEX reports to support both short-term and long-term strategic planning.Legal & Compliance:Manage legal and eviction processes, ensuring compliance with tenant/landlord regulations and company policies. Review, revise, and negotiate key transactional documents, including leases, settlement agreements, and telecommunication contracts.Stakeholder & Cross-functional Collaboration:Partner with Construction, Portfolio Management, Leasing and external stakeholders to streamline operations, review acquisitions/dispositions, and ensure property management is involved in landlord-required projects.Strategic Planning & Performance Analysis:Develop and monitor business plans and property performance, providing data-driven insights to adjust strategies and optimize performance. Conduct property inspections and tenant interviews as needed.Risk & Insurance Management:Oversee property insurance reviews and claims, ensuring compliance with lender and partner requirements.Process Improvement & Efficiency:Standardize company forms and processes to drive efficiency and reduce operational overhead.
