ABOUT SARAH SMITH
I started my career as an Apprentice Recruitment consultant, mainly focusing on permanent vacancies within Utilities and Infrastructure roles. After completing my apprenticeship, I then moved from a Recruitment Consultant into a Senior Recruitment consultant in which I started working more on temporary trades and labour vacancies. Mainly within the Utilities, Civil Engineering and Tunnelling sectors. My next role I moved into was a Business Manager role, in which I developed a Rail division of the company and started working on winning new business, developing the clients and acting as a key account manager for all our major clients. As well as this, I was also in charge of managing our teams that were working on other Permanent, Temporary and Contract roles within the Infrastructure industry.
