About Sarah Smalling
After moving to Charleston in 2013 she started her career at Wild Dunes Resort as the Food and Beverage Supervisor at now what is called Coastal Provisions. Later was presented with the job opportunity as the Assistant to the Food and Beverage Director. Becoming more familiar with the industry she moved onto the Events Coordinator position which over years grew into Event Services Manager until 2019. Two Roads Hospitality was in need of taskforce leadership in different areas of the United States and she traveled to different states assisting in events, sales and food and beverage. From there she was hired on as the Banquet Manager for Hotel Derek in Houston, Texas.
