About Sarah Skalitzky

After 15 years practicing architecture, I decided to branch out and try something new. I\'m currently working in a leadership role at a local greenhouse and agritourism farm. I maintain my architectural license and continue to work on small projects.I am adept at managing teams and projects, which applies to various industries of work. I am process oriented, always interested in understanding logistics (from the big picture down to the smallest detail) and driven to improve efficiency and quality of work. I\'m passionate about healthy and beneficial human experiences, focusing efforts on both staff and client/customer satisfaction.In addition to leading/managing, I also love to get my hands dirty (literally and figuratively) and get stuff done. I value accuracy and consistency in everything that I do.My transition from a full-time career in architecture to a hybrid career in multiple industries has given me opportunities to grow personally. I share this growth in a series of essays in my blog, Lessons from the Greenhouse.I\'m open to opportunities that use my current skills toward something new as well as continuing to learn and try new things.
