Sarah Showalter is a city planner with a unique background in planning and implementation. She draws on over 15 years of experience in both the public and private sectors, where she has led and coordinated several project types including transit-oriented development, neighborhood plans, and form-based zoning. As Planning Services Director for Denver’s Community Planning and Development (CPD), she oversees the long-term planning and implementation for CPD.
