ABOUT SARAH SHERRY
In my current role as coach and facilitator in Talent Mobility at Northrop Grumman, I build our organizational capability by focusing on the people aspects of our mission: helping to grow and develop our talent and building a community of connection. I have over 15 years of business and HR experience - specializing in Leadership and Talent Development. My own journey has been filled with trials and tribulations but it is through these struggles that I\'ve built my resilience and realized how to live in alignment with my own priorities and values - a passionate professional and dedicated mother of children with special needs. As a resilience coach, I guide clients to realize their zone of genius, cultivate their unique inner strength, and establish boundaries, to define and achieve success on their own terms in spite of whatever challenges accompany their one beautiful life. I\'m also passionate about special education advocacy. I\'m a trained \'Baby LEADer\'(Parent\'s Place of Maryland) working at the micro level as a parent advocate in MD, and at the macro level I influence systemic change as the Chair of the Howard County School Health Council, PTACHC delegate, and a member of the State Interagency Coordinating Council (SICC) for Maryland.
