As the co-founder and Managing Director of The Sequoia Partnership, I have over three decades of experience in Supply Chain Consulting for FMCG and other sectors. We are a team of experts who help clients build and embed Supply Chain capability within their organizations, delivering value and competitive advantage.Sequoia\'s core delivery areas cover Structure, Processes, Tools, and People. Our programmes address everything from Manufacturing and Distribution network design, through process improvement for demand planning, supply planning, S & OP and more and we have worked for global clients such as Pernod Ricard, GSK, Unilever, PepsiCo, and Dyson. I am proud of our best-in-class Inventory Management tool, OnTarget, which delivers inventory excellence to global clients. Our training programmes have been delivered to over Supply Chain professionals, and I use the Management Drives approach to enhance and develop team communication and understanding. My goal is to enable and empower Supply Chain professionals to make a real difference to their business.
